Stanze di Santa Croce ligger i en historisk bygning i 3 etager ved siden af Piazza Santa Croce (ZTL - trafikbegrænset område), kun 18 minutters gang fra Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station og mindre end 15 minutters gang fra de vigtigste seværdigheder: Firenzes domkirke, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace og Signoria Square.

Samtlige værelser er forskellige fra hinanden og har eget badeværelse, værdiboks, aircondition og smart-tv med Netflix. Der er også en terrasse, hvor man kan tilberede varme drikke under opholdet.
