Maples er et viktoriansk hus beliggende i landsbyen Hythe, 2,7 km fra udkanten af nationalparken New Forest. Byen Southampton kan nås på 25 minutter via Hythe-færgen. Der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen.

Samtlige værelser har fladskærms-tv med dvd-afspiller, USB-opladningsstik, te og hjemmebagte småkager samt tykke, bløde håndklæder. Der tilbydes strygeudstyr efter anmodning.

Der serveres dagligt komplet morgenmad med frugt, yoghurt og hjemmelavet syltetøj. Maden kan nydes i spisestuen eller i gårdhaven i de varmere måneder.

Området er populært blandt golfspillere, og Dibden Golfcenter ligger 6 minutters kørsel derfra og har en naturskøn udsigt over New Forest. Fra Hythe kan man nyde den maleriske udsigt over Southampton Water og de imponerende krydstogtskibe, der sejler ind i havnen de fleste dage.
