Casa Schmidt is situated in a quiet location in a 10,000-square-meter garden. A 5-10 minute walk from the harbor, the downtown area, the beaches, and the Volcano climb.
The villa offers double and family rooms, with parking available for vehicles. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a large terrace where luggage can be stored. The rooms have private terraces, espresso machine, refrigerator, private bathroom with toiletries, all air-conditioned. Daily cleaning and bed linen are included in the price.
